Hira Talent is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor / Sales Representative for a fully remote position based in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international company and support Dutch-speaking customers from anywhere in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in Dutch via phone, email, and chat

• Advise customers on products and services in a consultative, solution-oriented way

• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking clients

• Meet individual and team sales targets consistently

• Log and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Dutch (C1/C2); written and spoken

• Good command of English (B2 or above)

• Sales-driven mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Proficient with digital tools and CRM platforms
