Hira Talent is recruiting a German-speaking Support Specialist on behalf of a growing international company based in Athens, Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, multicultural team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a German-speaking market.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German

• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer issues

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction

• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge base documentation
  

Requirements

• German (C1/C2); written and spoken

• Good command of English (B2 or above)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required

• Comfortable working with digital tools and support platforms
