Your mission
You support Dutch-speaking customers. You identify their needs, resolve their issues with professionalism and empathy, ensure their satisfaction, and work closely with the operational teams. You also manage follow-ups for cases using internal tools.
Key-ready relocation package: Our client has everything arranged to make your move as smooth as possible. You’ll receive relocation support, including funding and assistance to find accommodation, as well as reimbursement for your trip to Athens with airport arrival support. In addition, the client will cover 1 month of hotel costs on arrival in Greece. Your integration will be supported with paid training and comprehensive administrative assistance (tax number, social security, etc.). You’ll also enjoy practical and well-being benefits: meal card, private health insurance, and possible free language classes. In addition, many roles are 100% teleworking from Greece, so you can live on a Greek island.
Your profile
- Fluent Dutch (native or near-native level) + English at least B2 (mandatory)
- Comfortable both speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
- Strong customer orientation and an empathetic attitude
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with digital tools
