Your mission
You support Dutch-speaking customers. You identify their needs, resolve their issues with professionalism and empathy, ensure their satisfaction, and work closely with the operational teams. You also manage follow-ups for cases using internal tools.

You’ll receive relocation support, including funding and assistance to find accommodation, as well as reimbursement for your trip to Athens with airport arrival support. In addition, the client will cover 1 month of hotel costs on arrival in Greece. Your profile

- Fluent Dutch (native or near-native level) + English at least B2 (mandatory)

- Comfortable both speaking and writing

- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus

- Strong customer orientation and an empathetic attitude

- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

- Comfortable with digital tools

- Motivation to live an international experience
